We help creators, brands, and agencies pick the right social media growth services with hands-on testing, a transparent scoring system, and reviews you can verify.
Most reviews of social media growth services are paid placements dressed up as journalism. Howsociable exists to be the alternative: a single place where readers can see what each vendor actually delivered, how long it took, how much of it stuck, and how it compares to everything else we have tested.
Our scoring is built on real purchases and quantifiable measurements, not vendor-supplied marketing copy.
We have spent over $2,400 placing real orders with 30+ social media growth services. Vendors do not know we are testing them, so we receive the same product the public gets.
Every order is monitored for 30 days. We log delivery start time, completion time, retention drop-off, and any refill events. Snapshots are taken at hour 0, day 1, day 7, day 14, and day 30.
Account Quality (30%), Delivery Speed (20%), Retention Rate (25%), Customer Support (15%), and Pricing (10%). The weighted average produces the published score from 0 to 10.
Top-ranked services are re-tested at least once per quarter. If a vendor's quality drops or pricing changes materially, the review is updated and the rank may shift.
Howsociable is run by a small editorial group focused on independent evaluation of social media growth tools.
Reviews & Research
Independent reviewers with 8+ years of combined experience testing social media marketing tools and creator services. Every product is purchased with our own funds and tracked across a structured 30-day evaluation.
Fact-Checking
All published reviews pass through a two-step fact-check covering pricing, claims, retention data, and customer support response times. Updates are issued whenever a vendor changes pricing or policies.
Engineering & Operations
Maintains the testing infrastructure, monitoring dashboards, and automated retention tracking that powers our review scoring system.
Affiliate relationships do not influence rankings. Vendors cannot pay for placement and cannot preview reviews before publication.
Our methodology is documented so anyone can replicate it. Test orders, dates, and outcomes are recorded for every published review.
When a recommendation is uncomfortable for a vendor partner, we publish it anyway. Our duty is to the reader, not to the affiliate program.
Every review and listing page carries a visible advertising disclosure. We earn a commission on some links at no cost to you.
Howsociable earns a commission when readers click affiliate links and make a purchase. This commission comes from the vendor, not the buyer, and never affects pricing. Affiliate revenue does not buy placement on our top lists, and links are tagged rel="sponsored nofollow" for transparency. Read the full affiliate disclosure and our editorial policy.
